In 1924, T.E. Jack Cohen, who bought a lot of tea from Stockwell, was founded by a famous Jew. Jack Cohen produced the TESCO brand name by taking the first three letters (TES) of the customers’ names and the first two letters of his last name on the teas he bought. In 2003, Germany’s giant shopping markets chain owner Aldi and Lidl started shipping goods to Europe. What made Tesco different from its competitors was that it was more lucrative than competitors in terms of the quality of the goods produced and the price. Tesco established 1988 supermarkets in the UK from 1924 until 2008 and recruited 240,000 people.
Sainsbury’s
Sainsbury’s is the UK’s second largest supermarket chain. Market share is 16.2% as of 2016. It was founded in 1869 by a pair of John James Sainsbury and Mary Ann Staples at the Drury Lane in London’s Holborn district as a small dairy shop.

Sainsbury’s, which gained popularity, opened three more stores until 1881, and in 1882 it opened its first shop outside of London in Croydon. In 1950, under the influence of American supermarkets, the supermarket customers in Croydon were brought to the form they choose for their products, and this was the first supermarket in Britain to be in the form. Asda is a British supermarket chain. It sells many products such as food, clothing, toys. Which also has a telephone network called Asda Mobile. Asda House is the center of the company; Leeds is located in West Yorkshire.
Asda was purchased in 1999 by American Wal-Mart, the world’s largest retailer. Company; After Tesco, it is the biggest supermarket chain in the UK.

Aldi (Albrecht-Diskont) is a worldwide chain of German food stores. Aldi Süd and Aldi Nord. The name Albrecht is the surname of the founding family, and Diskont means discount.
Aldi, which has about 7000 stores across Europe, also serves in 18 countries, even outside Europe.
